Mission Statement

The Duck Creek Ridge Owners’ Association was incorporated for several purposes. While originally intended to be a water Corporation owned by the members to maintain the Association’s well and distribution system, the Articles of Incorporation were amended in 2007 when Kane County took over the Association’s well.

Today, the Association exists to:

  1. Maintain, furnish, provide or otherwise contract for utility services to its members, including, but not limited to, sewer, or garbage, or snow removal, or fire protection or security;
  2. Construct, lease, purchase, or otherwise contract for, equipment for use in snow removal, security and maintenance of all facilities for use in providing said utilities services;
  3. Construct and thereafter to maintain other utilities, parks, playgrounds and similar community improvements and enterprises for the mutual benefits of its members; and
  4. Carry on any and all activities legal for companies providing such services as shall be necessary for the use and benefit of its members.
